It is important to note that as the level of detail increases, so does the accuracy of the information. This accuracy can be key to optimizing time in the construction stage and minimizing potential setbacks, also this direct relationship between the level of detail and the time required for development influences the final result, both in time and cost.

A continuación, se describen 3 niveles de detalle para entregables 2D.

Nivel 1: Se dibuja a 1:100 y se genera información básica para la proyección y análisis del alcance del proyecto.

Nivel 2: Se dibuja 1:50 a un detalle medio, mostrando toda la información estructural, accesorios, características de elevaciones y cantidad de elementos.

Nivel 3: Se dibuja 1:50 a detalle mostrando las conexiones con equipos, tornillería, perfiles para generar isométricos y planillas de materiales.
